I had to get this installed to get my license back, I've been sober 6 years, soooooo I have no problem passing bac tests at any time. Recently we had a hard freeze and because INTOXALOCK will drain your batteries in cold weather so I disconnected the handset to bring it inside overnight. Well I got a violation, had to go to a service center to clear it.
When I called INTOXALOCK to have the fee cleared up, they stated the reason was because I failed an alcohol test........ So now I'm waiting on them to print up and send me this FAILED BLOW report with this official company letterhead. So I can take them to court.
