Dr. Sade was raised in rural upstate New York. He moved to South Dakota in 2017, having trained at a Level I trauma center outside New York City. Dr. Sade is the Director of Surgical Services at 5th Street with a special interest in Acute Care Surgery and International Medicine. His practice includes general surgery, emergency surgery, bariatric surgery, trauma surgery, as well as endoscopy, and other routine inpatient and outpatient procedures. Dr. Sade previously worked five years as a nurse, two as Peace Corps Volunteer, and occasionally as a traveling musician. His patients comment on his integrity, dedication, and ability to translate complex medical problems into plain English.
He lives outside Custer State Park with his wife, dogs, and horses. Dr. Sade enjoys hiking in the Black Hills, live music, and traveling internationally.
