Don't even know where to start, to be honest. My furnace just died during a historic cold front in the US and my home was 47°. I had my normal HVAC guy come out and look at it and he said he'd need to order the part and it would be here next week. Unfortunately that'd mean I'd be in a hotel until next week too. Called a dozen other places, same story. Nobody keeps this random part stocked, special order only. Well, nobody but Ivan! After making a dozen calls, I called him and he said he could fix it tonight. I was skeptical because I had been told otherwise so many times within the previous hour, but the dude is legit. He just left my home and got the job done, earlier than originally scheduled, too. The price was right and I couldn't be happier. He saved me $100's by not having to get a hotel. Safe to say, I have a new HVAC guy now. I can't recommended these guys enough, SERIOUSLY.
