Academy Mortgage withdrew their pre-approved mortgage just 48 hours before closing. The next day Jake resolved our problem and we closed 10 days later. We really appreciated all of Jake's efforts to make the impossible, possible, and at a better rate.

Jake helped my husband and I refinance our home at an unbelievable rate. Often times he would take time outside his work hours, either late nights or weekends, to reply to my emails and text messages. He was professional, courteous and made me feel like number one. His customer service surpassed my expectations and he always gave me honest advice with all of my best options.
