I worked with Craig at JCo to get a split pump for heat and AC with the help of a grant from EWEB. You are required to get three bids. Craig suggested that I have a low wall unit installed but kept the cost down so I could manage it. He always promptly answered my emailed questions. After I selected JCo, the installation date was scheduled within a few weeks even though we were in the middle of the hottest summer ever. The crew for the installation was polite and worked quickly and professionally. I was worried about them having enough room in the crawl space, but they were able to get through so the outside unit is out of site. I needed my pellet stove taken out to the driveway so I could sell it and they did that without a problem and patched up the hole nicely. I’m so happy to have the ductless heat/AC pump installed. I have already recommended JCo to neighbors.
