I subscribe to JDL's twice-a-year service option, and they make it very easy to keep my heating and cooling running smoothly. Their technicians have always been friendly, professional, and quick.

My old propane furnace needed to be replaced. JDL did an excellent job in a timely manner. The new furnace is actually installed in a higher quality manner than the old one. The crew was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend JDL and I will continue to use them going forward.

I had been using JDL for 3 or more years to service my HVAC. When my system started failing is when the problems started. Whether intentionally or not, I think they successfully hoodwinked me into upgrading my system and convinced me to go with a low end unit that was easier to install instead of the unit I would have chosen. Now I need to upgrade my electrical wiring even though they told me that the low end unit wouldn't require it. I believe they should have taken more care of the HVAC unit during the 3 years of servicing as the unit failed due to touching wires in the heat pump that shorted out the system. This was something they should have addressed in the years prior or even on the visit just 3 weeks prior. I was unimpressed with the actual work, as well. It took them more than 12 hours (internet research says a professional can install an hvac system in 4 or 5 hours so what were they doing?) to install a heat pump and furnace. After 12 hours of installation, they tell me a OEM part is malfunctioning (was this what took 12 hours to determine?). I send a complaint to their office about dealing with warranty and how I didn't want the unit if it already had malfunctioning parts. Then conveniently when they come back out, they tell me it wasn't a faulty OEM part, it was something else. Besides that, they left cigarette butts in my driveway, they used my driveway to dismantle scrap metal and left metal pieces and shavings all over, they rode on my grass and left tire marks in grass that has taken me years to grow and even though I have reflective traffic rods up to signify where my grass starts and the road ends. I thought this was a horrible way to perform work when dealing with a 700k home. The office manager, who was always great and helpful over the years, did nothing to help assuage my concerns after informing her of them. But I guess after someone replaces their entire system for 9k, they already have all they are going to really squeeze out of me and stopped being responsive to my needs. They sent out an electrician to upgrade the wiring. The electrician tells me that he will send me a quote for the work which was almost two weeks ago and I never heard back from them. I had a lot more to say about the last few visits, but reached the text limit here. I don't recommend this company.

My furnace was only blowing cool air no heat at all. I contacted JDL heating service after checking there reviews. The technician Mr IRE Y was very knowledgeable and professional he diagnosed the problem and explained everything to me he also informed me that the parts needed was under warranty which was the circuit board and the gas valve so I only had to pay for labor. This was on Thanksgiving day so unfortunately he couldn't get the parts right away but as promised he got it done. Thank you Mr IRE Y

My experience was honest. Knowing that my furnace is VERY old, I expected to be told that I needed a new one. Period. That was not the case, however. Of course it was recommended, but I was assured that what I have is working for now until I can make plans for a new one.

Jeremy Allen of JDL hVAC came at the appointed time, quickly figured out the issue with my thermostat, and fixed it within one and a half hours. Charges were also very reasonable.

I can't remember how I found out about JDL HVAC Services now but I'm so glad I did. I am probably one of the rare customers who appreciate and value "customer services" and JDL HVAC demonstrates that every time! If you haven't tried JDL HVAC yet, hope you do really soon... they are one of the few TOP notch companies that believe in customer service and professionalism.
