I scheduled a follow up appt with Dr Bearden after receiving news from a ER Dr that they discovered several liver lesions on my right liver .
Upon receiving email confirmation for an appt , I make arrangements to take off work. I show up for my appt on Monday May 8th , 2023 to be told that I will be a work in and will be seen at 10. I show the check in clerk my appt confirmation and she states it’s just a nurse work in visit . Why would I make an appt with a nurse to discuss images of my liver lesions????? Frustrated and sick, still vomiting, headache and abdominal pain, I sit down. I wait TWO HOURS… and the clerk calls me to the window and states that I can be seen at 4:15 or the next day.
WHAAAAT …. ????! I asked what happen to the 10:00 appt and she stated that Dr. Bearden’s schedule fills up fast …. WHAT THE HECK did she think I was sitting there for ?!???! Still vomiting, headache and severe abdominal pain….
