The technicians are amazing. There administration system are designed for the convenience of the business and not of the customers. You have to wait until the morning of the day if advice to find out when they are coming so you will have to take the entire day off of work. This is ridiculous. Scheduling is not rocket science and surely they could design a system that works for the customers as well as scheduling their technicians. And then when the have to order parts you have to take off another entire day off work. I have never seen another service company do things this way. I have talked to them about this many times but they can’t figure out how to serve their customers better. It’s all about them. And the people answering the phones are not kind. It’s too bad because the repairmen are great at what they do.

We recognize that scheduling is difficult when trying to accommodate work schedules and busy lives and still routing efficiently so the technicians can serve as many customers as possible in a day’s time. We are actively seeking better software that focuses on narrowing the timeframes to supply to our customers ahead of their appointment date. In the meantime, we offer limited timeframes throughout the week to try and accommodate as many people as possible.

Technician/Service Partner #1122-work order #02884727 came to our residence on 3-26-19 and after diagnosing range, determined it could not be fixed. He called Mike to submit a replacement request. On 4-19-19 we received a $550.00 check from Home Smart. We are very happy with our new range. You represent Home Smart very well with your excellent customer service.

Very pleased with the repairs to our appliances. Dean replaced our washer's drain pump and door gasket, convection oven's fan and dishwasher's soap dispenser. He is very pleasant to deal with and efficient in his work. Highly recommend.
