Still have not received the sweatshirt I purchased. By the time it arrives, won't be able to wear it until fall time.

After I finally received my "top quality" sweatshirt from China ( that was not the same colors as indicated and the large was way to small), and asked what steps needed to be taken to get a refund of my purchase I can no longer get ahold of anyone at this company.

No way to get in contact with this company it's been 2 weeks and still haven't got what I ordered, but best believe they took my money. SCAM

Once I placed my order, I received a notification email on acceptance on my purchase. I was to get another email telling me when my order was to ship. I never my received any type of notifications . You charged my card and I also sent emails asking for status and I never again received any feed back other than when I ask to cancel my order. Your customer service is terrible and responses were poor at best. I am not satisfied with your company and the way this turned out. If you wish to contact me directly here is my number 559-273-1299. Well I ordered my New York Mets Jacob DeGrom Hoody on March 17th 2016. It says it's been shipped but when I try and TRACK it it cannot be found. Tracking Number LS721442918CN The San Francisco Madisen Baumgardner Hoody I ordered March 26, 2016. Has been shipped and I can track it. Tracking Number LS727424798CN As of right now my experience has been questionable at Best!!! I would really like to be able to track the Mets Hoodie I purchased on 03/17/2016 to see if I will receive before the Giants hoodie I purchased on 03/26/2016. I truly hope the Mets hoodie shows up because as of right now I have no Idea where it is!

I order quite a lot on line and I have never had this poor an experience. I placed an order on 3/19, received an email about how important I was to the company on 3/20, put a ticket in to find out what happened to my order on 3/26, and here I sit on 4/1 with absolutely no idea where my order is, or better yet, how to cancel this. I am so disappointed and more so for my son who was to be the recipient on his birthday. If I could rate you 0 stars, I would. Shame on me for not reading reviews beforehand.

I still haven'the received my order after 15 days.

I ordered my product on March 20 and today is April 1. I have not received any confirmation emails and I have not received my product. I sent an email through the customer support tab on the website and didn't get any response to that either. I am about ready to call my bank and have them reverse the charge to my credit card which was run through my bank on March 21. The website said product would be delivered in 1-4 days. This was supposed to be a birthday present and now it is too late! I am NOT a happy customer! If I could rate you lower than a 1, I would!

I haven't received my product and you are asking me to rate your company. It has been 2 weeks since I ordered and your company doesn't know that I haven't received my product. JMJK has had my money for 10 days and no product. I have sent four emails as to the status and no return until my last threating email. You send fluff BS responses and yet nothing happens. I will not be ordering from your company again and I will not recommend you to anyone. In fact I will do the opposite and let as many people know what a crappy experience it has been. All I was asking for was an update and status. If this is how you treat "the heart of the company" I would hate to see how you treat everyone else.
