I first met John in 2008 after years of consistently fruitless attempts to better my fitness level. John is not only a trained fitness professional, with numerous levels of expertise in personal training & nutrition, but is also an approachable, good-hearted human being, on a personal level, on top of being a skillful listener. My goals were not only weight loss & nutritional plan, but most importantly, I wanted to fully grasp the keys to longevity, which is exactly what happened! I met with John 3 times/week in a highly fun & effective capacity, where through strength training, cardiovascular training & excellent nutrition, in the first 10 months, I lost 85 pounds! John met me when I was feeling my worst, but before long, both a new body, and mind, stepped out of the original, & I’ve not looked back. If you’re looking for something healthy to get addicted to, and reward yourself with an hour of time that’s finally all yours, well you’ve found it! This will be the best phone call you’ve ever made. My wife looks toned and very fit and healthy. Also very nutrition savvy. Dietary habits have changed and contributed all around to looking good, happy, and very positive attitude. Training and workout regime have triggered all the good stuff mentioned.

John is an experienced, knowledgeable and excellent trainer! He is an expert in fitness and nutrition. Since working with him, I’ve lost 30 pounds, increased my strength and endurance, and thoroughly enjoy each session. I highly recommend his services.

I TRUST THEM Any person living with Multiple Sclerosis knows the uncertainty that accompanies this disease. When I started working out with John, that uneasy feeling was lessened. I am now able to accomplish everyday tasks easily, ones that were once very hard. John gives me a full body workout that improves my strength & endurance, and my everyday functionality has improved exponentially. John has been my trainer for the past 4 years. Prior to double knee replacement John's knowledge and professional approach in preparing me for surgery was a major factor in my rehabilitation. That turned out to be more than anyone could have expected even my doctor. I believe in John's approach in his fitness training and life style program and the dedication he has for his clients.
