Very arrogant and unprofessional. While it was not with me, he was yelling at a 15 year old girl calling her rude and claimed he will not listen to her because he is the professional and she knows nothing. He continued to call her rude, stupid, and told her to leave and never come back. I am looking into a new orthodontist after this. Don’t come here, especially if it’s for your kids, as he will not respect them.
