This company does not care about customers. They make it impossible to contact and when you get ahold of them, they don’t care or accept their responsibility of misrepresenting
Love their leotards and spent a fortune until i was treated so awful by this company. Had no issues with shipments in beginning. Then once they started mass producing thats were the hell started. Receiving wrong sizes then what i ordered, wrong labeled items that were actually an adult size then a child size and blamed me for contacting them about the error , company sales people blocked me when reaching out trying to get issues resolved, blocked me on social media sites as well to avoid me bashing them which i would never do. I never thought i would have to leave a bad review but they left me no choice after how i was treated. i was refunded and so forth but the unprofessionalism and lies and how they handled their errors was beyond unprofessional and will never buy from them directly again. No accountability and changed their stories over and over and caught them in lies. SHAME ON YOU KANDI KOUTURE FOR HOW YOU HANDLE YOUR CUSTOMERS..SUCH A SHAME..
