Reluctant, at first, to use a company for buying houses as is. I had no one that had used this type of service to ask. Mr. Moiser and Ms. Arnold were very empathetic. I want to thank Stephanie and the rest of the KC Property Group (KCG) team. After soliciting offers from several companies, we chose KC Property Group. I currently live in another state, so I had a friend meet with the KC team to appraise my home. They were punctual, professional and left an impression that gave him and me immediate confidence and comfort. Their offer was not the highest we received but it was very, very competitive. We accepted their offer because my primary concerns were professionalism, timeliness of the sale and a fair offer. After we accepted their offer, I had to delay the closing for a few months, but KCG stayed on board and patient until we were ready to sell. Stephanie walked me through the process, expectations, document orientation, and recommended a company for settlement services. Stephanie stayed in touch, providing routine updates. The whole transaction was as smooth as could be and surprisingly simple. If you are worried about companies that buy and sell distressed homes, know that this company will be fair, friendly and fast.
