My parents have brought their car into this shop to have work done as a matter of fact they seem to keep bringing it back in only for the owner to keep finding new stuff that is wrong with the car after being in there for five times and being charged. Oh, and when they tell you they use only factory dealership parts, like they supposedly did on my parents' car, they seem to be getting their parts from local auto parts stores like maybe AutoZone, or O'Reilly's. I happen to see quite a few AutoZone part boxes around their establishment! I'm thinking that he tells you their dealership parts but only to find out that he uses local parts store parts probably at least 90 percent of the time! I'm not into people that lie. After looking at the work that my parents have done and also seemed that they have brought it back for the same issue and charged a lot of money and then bringing it back because they had the same problem. On one phone conversation they had this gentleman on speakerphone and as I am listening to him explain why the car is still having the same problems and now even more that he apparently for some reason did not see three times earlier he seems to ramble on and on about the workings of their motor to such exhaustive repetition that apparently my poor parents that don't understand half of the stuff that's being said. If this man is such a great mechanic then why to my parents have to continually bring their car back for not only the same issue originally but even more? If he is that knowledgeable he should have noted this the very first time they came in and fixed it the very first time they left! Seems like he was intentionally confusing my parents possibly in order to cover his mistakes and again if he's that knowledgeable then my parents should have had this problem fixed and not have to keep bringing the car back and being charged over and over for the same issue. I don't care what anybody can say to make this review any different than what it is it's actually quite simple. Over 1,000 dollars later my parents were still having the same issue and I told them not to bring the car back. They wound up taking it to the dealership in the dealership said there were many things that were done incorrectly. Sure my parents may have paid a little bit more to go to a dealership but apparently it would have been well worth it if they done that in the beginning and save themself the huge amount of money that they spent here only to have to bring the car somewhere else to get it fixed correctly. I would strongly pay attention when you walk into that shop so what is being said to you and if it sounds like something doesn't sound right or feel right then I would turn right arou
