My husband and I have been in this program for over a year, and we have a year left to go. We brought about $40k worth of debt over with us. Some from our past and some we accumulated together when we lost our home in a fire. I have read the negative comments and want to address those mainly... 1st off they ask you up front if you will be making any major purchases such as a house or vehicle in the next 2 to 5 years because of the negative impact this can have on your credit. If your answer is yes, then they do not recommend their program. Secondly, yes, we can all call our creditors directly and make arrangements but let's be honest for a moment, if we were going to do that we wouldn't be in the situation we are in now. So, in my opinion yes you pay fees but that is how they make money and pay their employees to do the leg work. Finally, I pay the monthly fee for the legal services, and I am so glad I do because I was threatened by a collection agency and KEYPOINT not only handled it but also followed up to check on me. The bottom line is yes there are cheaper ways to handle debt but if you are looking for a program that handles it for you then I do recommend this one KeyPoint.

I had originally decided to declare bankruptcy and had even retained a lawyer. However, after careful consideration I chose instead to go with KeyPoint. Kayla is extremely knowledgeable and has been incredibly supportive, open and communicative through the process thus far. Even though right now I'm going through the toughest part, I feel very confident about the process. Thanks for being there and helping me become debt-free!

I'm very impressed with KeyPoint's services, and highly recommend them for debt relief facilitation! I've been a client for over 1 year. Initially, setting up my account was easy. Their service representative helped me via phone call (real time) and email every step of the way. After getting approved to receive help from KeyPoint, auto deposit payments were setup through my checking account. This process allows easy payments and ensures no payments are missed. Being allowed to pay more at any time is also convenient. So far, everything their representative had told me from the start would happen has happened. My account (debt) is 50% resolved and I'm on track to complete my program ahead of schedule. Everything KeyPoint does is custom tuned to your specific scenario. What I like most is their behavior of customer service and ability to communicate quickly and effectively. Email responses are within 24 hours with 100% of concern resolved. And phone calls are answered by live representatives who do not hang up until customer is satisfied. If after this experience, I am ever in need of debt relief assistance, KeyPoint will be my company of choice!

I found this company through a Google search and if I'm honest I was hesitant at first. There are so many scams out there and people looking to make a quick dollar out of others I didn't know if I could trust it. Checkout the reviews and looked up their credentials and convinced me to call. I spoke with Kayla and that girl changed my life. She didn't judge me as far as my situation but was sympathetic to me and made me feel comfortable and confidant all the way... thanks to her from a 48-thousand-dollar dept paying $1,400 a month to paying 629 a month and now I'm able to save up money for an emergency. It's emotionally draining having to proceed with a debt settlement program. The folks at KeyPoint are real, human and treat you with absolute dignity. They keep you updated on the process and let you know what is to come. Kayla has been my contact person thus far and I can not sing her praises enough.
