03/23/2022: Customer service was very rude!! I will never do business with this company again. I was missing a piece for my grandson’s puzzle they said they would replace it ha, they sent the wrong puzzle. I called and spoke to a very nice woman said she’s sorry, she would send out another one but couldn’t guarantee it would be the right minion one. It was wrong, Walmart customer service called for a refund and the person was screaming at me!!! I told her I would never do business again and let everyone know about this company.

09/20/2018: Do not do business with this company! It’s like 3-4 employees, 1 is the manager named Frank, there’s a supervisor and then one CSR named Hannah/Tatiana. I placed an order with them and canceled after I bought the toys in store and it took 3 days, rude staff and 2 phone calls with the manager to get it settled. I received long disrespectful emails from the employees even after I spoke with the manager. They lie and are highly ill mannered. I don’t know how they are still in business.

06/01/2014 Verified: We would like to give a 5 star rating for Experience and Satisfaction, but the highest it hovers is 4.5 We had ordered a sleeping bag for a production after not receiving a confirmation of one ordered somewhere else days earlier. Within minutes of ordering from Kids Warehouse, we discovered the confirmation in a spam box. Kids Warehouse refunded our purchase. We - and I for my 8 grandchildren - will order from them from now on. Theatre Arts West

05/13/2014 Verified: Bought some new curtains for my daughters bathroom and they were as advertised. Got them pretty quick and the fit no problem. Happy with the store and will purchase here again if I need anything else that is Sesame Street themed.
