I require special medical supplies which they wont provide me. But my insurance has covered these supplies for me for 14 years. They want me to take extra time to order the supplies I need from a need based program i can call directly to the medical supply company and have supplies ordered and delivered in 48 hours if I don't have home health. And the RN they sent to me has the sterile technique of a CNA at best.
Kindred at Home do not perform COVID-19 testing on their employees. All they do is a temperature check and ask if they are feeling sick. This is almost completely worthless for determining whether they are infectious, since many, if not most, infected people are asymptomatic. This is especially bad for the vulnerable people who are most of their clientele. We declined to have them visit us.
