If you are EVER in need of care in the DFW area,avoid this place at all costs! This is supposed to be what they calla LTACH and this place makes a nursing home look like a millionaire's old age care facility. Unfortunately I brought Louann here and after being her since Thursday,I can honestly say this is the absolutely worse place I have ever seen. Neglect from the very beginning and when you bring it up to anyone your the bad guy . I am talking about filth in the room,ignoring allergies that are on red wrist band and giving drugs marked as allergic to,not cleaning patient well not installing all health items needed on patient,like a Foley so she can pee but they leave it off and she
pees in the bed and leave her this way for long periods of time ,not administering pain meds prior to performing work on huge open wounds and so many more .
