I would give zero stars if possible. From the first day to today, my experiences with the KMC Shawnee location have been horrible! Originally, I attempted to schedule a medically necessary appt for a family member and after 6 attempts to speak with someone who could help me, they finally responded. This person went on to make excuses and during one of our calls actually mocked me on the phone. The front office staff sound overwhelmed and untrained. The Manager that schedules MOHS surgery is one of the rudest and most unprofessional people I've ever encountered at a medical office. And, the assigned Dr. would not return my latest calls to her.
They have NO regard for patients, are highly disorganized, and very rude! This equates to incompetence as far as I am concerned.
If you need medical attention, do NOT go to this office! You will waste your time and be subjected to highly unprofessional staff. Don't waste your time!
