Pleased with oyr new shingle roof.

Koontz roofing materials and the timely installing with outstanding workers they were able to complete our new roof. The representative who come to our home was very helpful and knowledgeable about the service we were looking for. I’m a retired contractors and when we purchase this home it had a one year old new roofing. As I and the home inspector at the time seen that the installing of the roofing company had made some mistakes. I took pictures and we agreed that if I keep a close eye on it for leaks it could last until we needed it replaced. It needed to be replaced this year (18yrs) and after he made his inspection and figured the estimate which he noticed the same things I had pictures of and some other mistakes. Now after all this we both made a plan on removing the old roofing and correction to the mistakes before and etc. he came up with an estimate for the roof and relining the gutters with a new gutter guard. About two weeks or so the materials were delivered and then their team came on the day he said and then the gutter team came the day he said. All and all both teams came when he said and their work was complete on time. The clean up was the best I seen as good as I had my employees do when we finished our job site off not better. All said the materials,the workers, and the job complete AND MOUST IMPORTANT thing is the total cost came in just a hair over the estimate. As a contractor I hated roofing and contracted it out with the customers okay. They did a great job of putting in our skylights. All three men who helped us were very polite and pleasant. Sherry at the office does a really good job also. I would recommend them unconditionally. They drove from Bloomington to our Lakehouse. Sometimes it’s hard to get people to come to our Lakehouse.

We had Koontz install a new roof, siding, soffits, windows, an entry door, facia and gutters. Everyone was very professional and easy to work with. All of the crews were efficient and got done in a timely manner. They cleaned up before they left.

We hired Koontz to installHardy plank on our home. The house is tall and has awkward angles on the roof. The team worked hard in hot temperatures to do a great job . They showed up early and the teamwork was amazing to watch. We highly recommend them and would definitely use them again for any future needs.
