Katie was a great salesman and her husband kC ( Kevin) was the worst contractor I’ve ever met.. His organizational skills were the worst. He never completed the job. Put two different colors of singles on roof , house came with no switch for garbage disposal, did not finish wiring for stair case and left wires exposed. The list goes on and on. His knowledge of proper construction is minimal . Their reputation around Montrose is horrible. If you choose to do business with these two expect to get screwed.
