2 stars because when you first visit, the customer service is so much better. Swag given after nail work, like free bottles of hand lotion etc! But that ends, after your recognized maybe? My most recent experience had me being told to return in an hour. Then waiting another 30 minutes for a dip manicure that ended up having color remaining and it had lines, and looked like it had already grown out a week. When I asked if it could be fixed? The obnoxious, unprofessional attitude I got was absurd! She basically told me I was stupid for not understanding the color. The owners husband didn’t charge, said it was her and it’s “in her head” to excuse her obnoxious response to me, he asked me to return to see his wife in a few days. When I did, I made an appointment. I ended up leaving 25 minutes after the appointment because I was still waiting.... and I was told it was because of the color. Just wow. Tip: if you give them a chance, you may talked down to if you as for colors to look fresh and not warned about color issues or lines or imperfections. And don’t ask them to provide the color you request. Disappointed
