Being a long time customer, Prosciuttos was a good local "go to" for take out. The last several deliveries (spanning several months), have arrived well late based on their app. delivery schedule. Tonight's order stated a 1 hour wait, and after calling, took almost 2 hours, and arrived cold. This has become unfortunately the norm for them. I'm sorry to say you've lost a long term customer.
