Ladybird Nail & Spa

I used to love this salon, and was super happy that they survived the pandemic, but not anymore. My last three experiences have been disappointing, today being the worst. A French manicure a few months ago was very sloppy, but the worst problem is that they don't honor their commitments. Twice now I have made appointments with a particular tech, only to be told that she isn't available or that my appointment "was not in the book." I made an appointment two days ago for 4pm today and waited an hour! Then another fifteen minutes for the nail tech I had asked for. Jenny (the owner) apologized, the nail tech said they would give me a $5 discount, but then I was charged full price at the register. Plenty of less expensive nail salons in Jersey City. Will not be returning.
