Doug was extremely reliable and interacted well with our dog. The two got along from the first and our dog was very receptive to Doug's instruction. And I was most impressed by Doug's living up to his guarantee. When we had a subsequent issue with our dog Doug came out to work with us at no additional charge. What a surprise when a guarantee actually means something. All in all, a very pleasant experience.
