I have had my account for over 12 years without any problems. I've watched as the fees have increased and kept with them because of the customer service, even though I live in Minnesota now. I just noticed that my savings was going down for some reason. LakeTrust, like all the other money-grubbers, had decided to add a paper fee to my account without letting me know. Unfortunately, that's a deal-breaker. Adding fees and hoping that I don't notice while they milk money out of my account for ridiculous reasons is a no-go for me. That broke my trust and I will be moving accounts as quickly as I can. Screw you guys, I'm banking at home.
