We called "Lapfix" and spoke to you, described very specifically what the fix was and what had been done. We took the time to speak to you so this would not happen. Now you have waisted our time, our money and made us look bad in front of our client, maybe loosing his business. We spoke very clearly, describing everything and you told us to send it in. Now, after we spent $60 on shipping you send this "copy paste" reply??! Why didnt you say this to us over the phone?! "Per our policy we do not work on boards or hard drives that have been already opened, worked on or attempt to repair." We expect a full refund, $60, otherwise we will seek damages and make our experience, VERY public in our reviews.
