My trainer is amazing. She takes the time to carefully coordinate a workout plan that is tailored to me and my goals. She spends time not only on helping me thru the exercises, but educating me on the importance of nutrition and sends me encouraging communications throughout the week. I’ll admit, I was nervous getting back into working out, but she took the time to understand where i am currently and how to reach my goals. She does an amazing job of helping get through the workouts and instill confidence throughout the process. Really thankful for her and the program she designed specifically for me! Thank you Linda!
