I had an overall great experience with this company. They were very communicative and patient with all of the changes that I requested during proofing . The one thing I hope they fix is the way they make receipts available. You have to print out/download your receipt at checkout. But it f you forget to do that, you don't get a receipt at all. No automatic email or anything. I didn't even get a receipt when I received my package. Because I run a business, I need a receipt for each transaction. I had to email the company twice to finally get a receipt, but they did email it to me. That was the only troublesome experience I had. Everything else was great.
