I had to give them 1 star because the chart started at 1 not lower. I would not recommend taking a loan out with this company. I had a typical payday loan would pay it off within a few payments and would get it when o needed it never took more than a few paydays to pay it off. One day I went to get the loan again and the lady that worked there said she had a better option for me so me being a big dummy said ok. What she didn’t tell me is that when I borrowed the 2000, my biweekly payments were 175 so 350 a month and that for the 1st year the payments only went to interest not a penny went to principle and the next year the payments goes to principle which means the 2000 dollars cost me 6400. I went to complain and looking at the info they said that I reborriwed against it in March of 21 so that extends my payments out 5 months which means now the 2000 dolllar loans cost me close to 7500. I told the lady I didn’t redo the loan she said that she will have to research it but the problem is all the paperwork for the customers are all in a back room in boxes and she will have to find the time to find it and look into it. I also let her know that according to the Lendnation site that I log onto for my account shows that I paid off the 2000 on august of 2020 and came back and reloaded rhe 2000 in March 2021 but when I look at my bank statements they continued to hold out the 175 from audits to match so how did I pay it off and reload again. This company needs to be shut down and every customer needs to look at their account with this company and I guarantee they will find they are paying more than they should that some how the company redid the loan or something without their knowledge. If you find that they have falseafied your loan reach out to a lawyer which is what I am doing if I don’t get any satisfaction from this terrible loan company before my next payment. If you need a loan there are plenty of options out there such as cash 1, dollar loan center just do a little research. I have reached out numerous times to the corporate office in Kansas and they must not know how to answer the phone or return phone calls or even emails. They are not BBB accreted so they don’t care if they get bad reviews or not.
