I have been a top executive in Development, Construction, Real Estate Marketing & Sales in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, and Florida. My Family and I moved to Florida in 1983 and currently lives in Pensacola, Florida. I am a graduate of Kansas University, with a Bachelor of Architecture and a Masters in Planning. I also have an MBA from Harvard Business School. I have been in real estate since 1973, and I am a licensed Broker in five states, as well as a Licensed Florida Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida. Over the past 40 plus years, I have been involved in all phases of Real Estate, including Building and Development. During this period of time I was a top executive in the home building and real estate industry.
