I brought my daughter in for a visit a year ago, for she was constantly clearing her throat. Dr Mesropyan said that first potential reason was seasonal allergies and prescribed Steroidal nasal spray. We used it for a few months, but it didn’t help. We came the 2nd time with the same “clearing of the throat” problem. He said to keep using the steroidal spray. Then we saw another doctor at his office, she said to keep doing what Dr Mesropyan said (without assessing that problem because we visited her for a different thing). Then we had a phone call with a nurse from their office. She said to schedule with the doctor. My partner suggested that maybe it’s an acid reflux. We changed the diet and IT HELPED!! Now I called to ask Dr Mesropyan’s office for a referral to a gastroenterologist because even if it’s not an acid reflux but it definitely has to do with her stomach. The office manager insists we visit the doctor because the doctor went over the medical history and he saw that we came for seasonal allergies and he has no idea where the acid redux came from. HE WAS THE ONE WHO DIAGNOSED SEASONAL ALLERGIES!!! We kept coming for the same exact symptom and I ASSUME it’s an acid reflux, it might not be , but it’s definitely connected to the stomach and the steroids for half a year that my child was taking was a MISTAKE. And now they don’t have the decency to give us a referal because they have to SEE her in person for exactly the same symptom that they did a year ago and then another 2 times!!! This is a joke. I won’t have my insurance pay for the visit, nor I’ll be travelling to Burbank again for the same issue.
