Stay away from this place. They allow family members to listen to Telehealth conversations (they are not wearing earbuds and you can see and hear their family members). They also go months without updating the payment portal & take co-pays not owed. Good luck getting a refund. They say it needs corporate approval and then ignore your requests for updates. AVOID.

The counselor cancelled or was late to numerous scheduled appointments. Also, after a year they claimed I hadn't paid for my initial appointment and rather than sending me an invoice they called and then sent it directly to a debt collector.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Would not recommend to anyone

Can never speak to a real person. Always have to leave a message and never get a call back. Providers leave and they do not let you know. Terrible experience for mental health!

Awful experience. The way their business is run is incomprehensible to me. First off, they canceled an appointment without telling me because THEY scheduled one when the provider was on vacation. Then, after rescheduling called me to say that the provider was no longer with the practice (???) and I'd have to reschedule again. For my scheduled appointment at 8:20 AM, they called to collect the copay at 4:20pm THE DAY BEFORE and they will cancel the appointment if they don't collect the copay over the phone (which is also ridiculous). Through all this, you have to sit through the irritating phone waiting menu and it takes forever to get ahold of anyone. Even if the provider is good it is absolutely not worth it to deal with this absurdly bad practice.

Just echoing the reviews of everyone else here absolutely fed up with this sham of an operation. I made an appointment with my provider for the following day and noticed within a couple hours that I was not going to be able to make it, so I rescheduled for the next week. Next thing I know, I received an email stating that I was now going to be responsible for $150 cancellation fee due to not cancelling within 48 hours (which would have been impossible, given the timing of when the appointment was made). After filing a grievance, I was informed that there was nothing that they could do and I would still be responsible for the late fee. As a healthcare worker that has worked extremely hard throughout the entire pandemic, I have really valued my relationship with my provider and the mental health assistance he was able to give me. It is incredibly sad that I will never be able to see him again due to the malpractice of their admin staff. NEVER EVER EVER EVER give this place your business!

5+ stars for Brenda Maloy for great experience! But i would never go back to the clinic because of doctors in there like Brittany Kennedy. Messed my day up big time. Not going to explain the whole story, and that Brittany cant actually give you a professional piece of advice, unless to go for a rehab(for weed?), but in the end of the appointment i was prescribed what I needed. So it was fine. But closer to 6pm I received a phone call from the doctor saying that nothing going to be prescribed and they want me to go to rehab. 6pm when everything is already closed, so theres no way to prescribe a medication i needed! P.S. it was some sleeping medication, i would understand if that would be adderall, zanax, oxycodone or something like that. Would never expect experience like this from professional and responsible person as a doctor. Thank you very much for disrespectful experience(calling a drughead?) and messing my day up. Cheers

Watch these people they will try to charge you twice for everything and give you no service and I'll f*** you. I only gave them one stars because you can't leave 0

Been waiting on a refund since January 2021. I’ve escalated my complaints and I feel that a resolution will happen as I contacted Georgia Department of Law - Consumer Protection Division and they documented my complaint. It will be 4–6 weeks but that is better than almost a year.

Firstly - Kiara Lewis, my Nurse Practitioner, is absolutely phenomenal. She's empathetic, knowledgeable, timely, and she is the singular reason I am continuing to work with LifeStance. I'm making this rating because I think their healthcare is sincerely dangerous to those with mental health struggles. As everyone else has said, it is barely possible to get in touch with someone, and those you speak to habitually don't have straight answers. If you are in need of a prescription in a quick time frame to maintain your mental health, it is very very possible that you will not get it. Consider other places.
