We’ve been charged for a cylinder we don’t have for I don’t know how long. Now I’m being charged $771 for a lost cylinder along with charges for $17.95 a month for tracking fees. They can’t tell me where it could be because it’s a recent policy but continue to charge tracking fees and for a cylinder I don’t even have. I have been a customer for probably 25+ years through like 4-5 different companies. I bought several canisters in May. Told me it would be around 400, turned out over 800 and didn’t include this 771. NOT HAPPY.
