I was under stress from another lender and miss my closing date for House and then I came in contact with Travis and He is a fantastic person. He check all my documents very quickly and assured me that my loan will be approved before I proceed with them. He then assigned my case to his team and his team is very fantastic with regular updates about my loan progress. Every persons in his team is fantastic and I have a very good experience with all of them. Finally my loan approved and I am able to move in my new home. I will also consider them in future for any other home loan as they are very professionals in loan process. I am very happy with their loan approval process and refer to my friends if anyone has any requirements for home loan. Thanks a lot to Travis Chapman, Paige Dye, Kellie & Trey Faulconer

Local Mortgage has nice people and good rates. Unfortunately, that only helps if they can provide an end product and deliver in a timely fashion. A mortgage company is only good if they can actually do the work of getting the paperwork processed, get an appraisal done, and get the loan underwritten. It is especially nice if they can do so within two months. Local Mortgage has failed to do so. Now I need to find another lender and I might lose the home I want to buy. Don't risk it...use a company that can actually close the deal in a timely fashion...or at all.

Local Mortgage and Travis in particular made the refinance process smooth sailing right from the get-go. His rates were by far the best and we sailed through closing in about 2.5 weeks. When questions came up he was quick to respond via email and phone. Highly recommend Travis and Local Mortgage for a refinance!
