RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY, TIME AND HEALTH. SARAH IS SUCH A WEIRD PERSON WHO DOES NOT CARE AT ALL ABOUT YOUR CONCERNS. SHE CARES ABOUT MONEY AND MONEY AND MONEY. SHE DOES NOT LISTEN TO YOU AT ALL. SHE GAVE ME A PRICE OF $2,948.00 FOR A FILLER AND CHARGED ME AT THE END $3,948.00 WITHOUT ASKING ME ANYTHING. THE RESULTS WERE AWFUL. MICHELLE FISHER THE OWNER IS SUCH A LIAR. SHE HAS NO IDEIA WHAT SHE IS TALKING ABOUT. SHE ASKS FOR GIFTS CARDS, WINE AND GOOD REVIEWS REGARDELESS OF THE POOR SERVICE THAT SHE PROVIDES. I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE ON THEM AND I AM GOIND TO SUE THEM. DO NOT GO THERE.

I cannot stress this enough - do NOT come to this place. Michelle is either delusional, a crook, or both. I had tried to settle this peacefully, but after getting crickets for over a week now from LMA I feel I have no other choice. I truly never write reviews like this, but in good conscience this business should not be in existence. The pricing I was originally told for a session was $400 per area. I then walk out of my session to a bill FOUR TIMES the allotted price. Michelle also took pictures of me when I explicitly noted in my consent form that I did NOT want ANY pictures taken. I made the mistake of paying right there and brought up my complaints later. When I called the office to cancel my consecutive appointments, I expressed how upset I was about this egregious price gouge. Michelle told me she would put $900 towards future sessions. I told her I wanted a refund and she told me she needed to check with her CPA before she did that. She promised me she would be in touch within a few hours. It has now been a week since I heard from her. I have called and emailed multiple times to peacefully settle this, but she has failed to provide a response. Please do not go here. These people are not trustworthy and clearly do not value the integrity of running a proper business. Not to mention, every other place in Northern Virginia is a fraction of the cost. Michelle if you are reading this - I will be reporting you to the state board for malpractice and unethical business practices.
