Ryan Spencer helped us find a great home in Loveland Co. in a very busy market and made it painless. He took the time to show us multiple homes and help us understand the real estate market and what we needed to do to get the best deal for our dollar. As a first time home buyer Ryan made the process easy and he was always quick to respond to our million question. I highly recommend Ryan and would definitely call him up if I buy more real estate in the future.

I have used Ryan to purchase 2 properties. One is my personal residence and the other is a rental property. I got a great deal on both properties. For my rental property Ryan was able to help position me in a deal that upon closing I realized instant equity. That property had 5 renters wanting to rent before I even closed. Ryan is a great resource for not only helping me secure properties to diversify my capital but a reliable source when I need insights on how the market is performing. Highly recommend him to friends and family.

Ryan Spencer was amazing! He recently acted as our realtor on the sale of our previous home and also the purchase of our new home in Fort Collins. We hadn't worked with him before, but were referred to him by a friend. He definitely went above and beyond to make us happy. We were impressed with his responsiveness, as well as his level of service and how available he made himself. If anything was forgotten or wrong he was quick to contact the other realtor and get it taken care of. Bottom line, we love our new home and were happy with the sale of our previous home. In fact, because of Ryan's connections we didn't even have to put our previous home on the market to find a buyer. If moving in general weren't so torturous I'd say we'd do it again soon. But at least Ryan made it as painless as possible. Thanks, Ryan!
