Graham was unprepared, late, unresponsive, has anger issues, unorganized & negligent as a guardian ad litem. He makes back door deals that clients don’t approve of and tries to force parents to take deals that compromise their child’s well-being. My son had a life threatening infection and Graham did nothing to make sure it was addressed. My son almost died, and Graham allowed it. In fact, Graham took away medication that my son needed, and it created significant difficulties for my ADHD child. When we discussed that with Graham, he said he didn’t care. He also asked my child to a meeting and pressured him to “give Dad what he wants” or Dad wouldn’t stop fighting. My 12 yo son was in despair after the meeting. It’s an abuse of power that shouldn’t happen. I feel strongly that Graham should not be allowed to represent children as a GAL and lose his law license. He failed my son as well as other children that I’ve become aware of & at least one child died due to his negligence. I’ve never met such a pompous, unscrupulous, callous & disingenuous person like Graham. Please hire him at your own risk.
