The only issue with this purchase, my second fully built computer from them, was the fact there were 2 hdmi outputs and only one was to be used. There were no markings telling me to use only one and which one it was. I had my screen on the wrong one and caused me to make some customer service calls to figure it out. I received a call prior to this unit being built and they helped me with some better hardware choices including additional cooling fans, much appreciated. It is functioning great. The first computer was retired at 6 1/2 years of use and replaced by this one. Very respectable service.

had a piece of plastic stuck in the psu some how. I had to get it out was make in a loud noise when the fan hit it. Other then that every thing was pretty smooth and I enjoy my pc

I have purchased multiple computers from this company, and have always been soooo happy when I got them. Elena the sales lady, is so nice, so helpful, and a pleasure to work with. Also for anyone worried about shipping. I live in Hawaii, and they have shipped me several computers across the ocean. They have always been top notch and without damage. Also for anyone who may be confused Computerlx is now Magic Micro, so it is the same good people.

I'm a computer guy that likes to build my own stuff. You folks definitely get your components cheaper than I ever could. I used to work at Tech Data as part of the components division back about ten years ago. Back then I'd never heard of you guys. You were probably doing Asian sourcing or buying from Ingram Micro... That being said, I've turned many of my friends on to you. Your online configurator and your dedicated sales support staff are awesome. I forget her name, but she was extremely knowledgeable. What didn't impress me was that I believe my system's case was supposed to have 2.5" mounting brackets for future expansion. I only needed 3.5" at the time. Still I made several inquiries to see "if" they were supposed to come with the case, but No One ever replied or acknowledged my request. Other than that, you guys are awesome and the next time one of my friend asks me to build them a system, I'll just configure one off your site and send them the quote link and let them pay you directly.
