I'm experiencing blue screens of death on occassion. Was looking to reinstall windows system and do a fresh install. Can you guys help? Id like to buy a new hard drive too.

Power Supply Unit's fan is coming apart, it's been doing it for a while now. Every time it's rebooted I have to tap/ hit it to get it to spin up, It's like it's coming off the bearings or something., so now I don't turn it off very often. If I'm not around it and windows does a reboot the PSU will start making a loud sound and there isn't nearly enough air passing thru it during that time.

Package had a large dent/tear in the top and the case also had a dent in the top (not your fault). I don't care about cases and I didn't want to waste time returning it, so no harm done. But the optical drive wouldn't open. The drawer was hitting the case facade insert so I removed the insert and repositioned the drive forward. Once again - who cares if the there's no case cover over the DVD drive, but someone should have noticed this problem before it got to me. I will continue to order from Magic Micro because of the value.

Pretty solid company,tried to limit your exposure to most reliable components. I bought about 4-5 computers from this company. What's breaking are cheap hard drives and video cards. The rest is solid and I have computers still working after 10 years. Delivery is prompt and well packaged. Have to check connections (1 computer out of 5). Replacement is prompt. Will buy again.
