Terrible experience I will never go back unless they do the right thing. I was very specific when I made the appointment for a nail trim and check the ears. $132 they charged me. $60 for the exam which she didn’t need bc she had her yearly already. I’m new to this office and I think it’s their responsibility to make you aware of the fees. He should of said “ I just want to make you aware that there’s a fee for a nail trip and to look in the ears.” Or something to that affect, I would expect to pay that much or more for a yearly visit and/ or shots and any type of test, but $132 is absolutely ridiculous. Never going back !! That is not how you run a business.
