Maronda Homes in Port Saint Lucie Florida are NOT committed to what you promise. I have an electric issue in the house. The breakers will go off if I use more than one outlet and this is NOT NORMAL. They came and didn't fix the issue and now they WANT ME TO PAY for it. I am still under one year contract. This is NOT WHAT THEY PROMISED.

We purchase our home with Maronda Homes in Port Saint Lucie. I called and emailed them to fix things in my house. They send someone to fix the issue and they come but don't fix the problem. They want me ti pay them $800 when my house is under there one year warranty. This is an electric issue in my house and I can't get it fix. Horrible service when it comes to issues like this. This is unacceptable.

Highly not recommend, this builder is the ultimate worst. We signed contract for home to be built and 10 months later nothing happened at all they didn’t even clear the lot. The sales agent barely responded and kept feeding us lies that was never going to happen. We finally requested a refund and they gave it to us. It is so upsetting how much damage they have caused to our family, now the market is much higher and we will be spending a lot more money to buy with less square footage. I do not recommend using this builder.
