The carpet wasn’t cleaned and there was so much dirt left. It looked messier than before the cleaning was done. I called the company and they don’t take any responsibility and said I would have to pay for a redo. I was able to pull out dirt from the carpet. The edges of the carpet weren’t cleaned . In fact, they were dry. There was water left all over the floor. I would not recommend this company.
