I ordered a light fixture & after 2 days was told it had shipped. Two days later told again it had just shipped. When the 3rd email came saying exactly the same thing I called & was told it was shipping that day…I cancelled the order & received it from another company in 3 days. Horrible!

Item perfect for us at a great price delivered quickly - what more could one ask for?

I took my Visual Comfort Billiard ceiling light to the Mid-Town location today because it had issues with the wiring and one of the bulb sockets. I had previously visited them before Christmas when they were able to find a replacement socket for the piece, but fixing the wiring was beyond me. Phil worked on it for nearly an hour and was abe to fix it and tested it to make sure that it worked. This was a complimentary service even though I myself had not purchsed the fixture originally. Above and beyond service. Thank you again!

The sale process was easy. They were also a huge help when we had questions with install. The follow through and tenacity they had to make sure we were happy was refreshing. There is still great customer service out there!! I would highly recommend!!!! Buy some lights from these guys!!!

First of all, I was warmly greeted and put at ease. Then my desires were listened to and the very helpful sales associate showed me what was possible. I finally settled on a pair of sconces that are just beautiful in my home. I will be in again very soon as my project is now calling for more lights. Can't wait to see what's new.
