09/03/2020: The sale process was easy. They were also a huge help when we had questions with install. The follow through and tenacity they had to make sure we were happy was refreshing. There is still great customer service out there!! I would highly recommend!!!! Buy some lights from these guys!!!

Our sales person, Linda, was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. She guided us in selection to ensure we had styles we liked that fit our budget and that were appropriate for the type of lighting required in each room. We highly recommend Masterpiece Lighting.

First of all, I was warmly greeted and put at ease. Then my desires were listened to and the very helpful sales associate showed me what was possible. I finally settled on a pair of sconces that are just beautiful in my home. I will be in again very soon as my project is now calling for more lights. Can't wait to see what's new.

Everyone associated with Masterpiece Lighting is professional, knowledgeable and helpful - receptionist, sales people, warehouse people, everyone. They find solutions to every problem. Never did I hear "that's not my job".
