Masters Appliance was one of the best contractor experiences I can remember. Greg came out within the timeframe given, promptly diagnosed my issue, explained everything to me, and also answered every and all the questions I had regarding my HVAC system. He was professional, courteous, and personable. I’ve already recommended Masters Appliance to a colleague just today.
