Compre un colchón “extra firm” hace dos años porque tengo problemas en mi columna vertebral y el colchón está dañado se hundió y me dicen que no tengo garantía porque es daño normal del uso. Yo pregunto cuál es la garantía que ellos dicen dar por 10 años? No recomiendo comprar colchones ni ningún producto por mala calidad y mala responsabilidad en la garantía.
