Attended an open last Sunday in Southfield Michigan, apparently listed by Max Brooks. Agent on site indicated property was twice as big as is; said basement is included in sqft because of egress window(window isn’t legal). Basements never count for sqft if any portion is below grade(I have a witness that was privy to conversation). MISLEADING REALTOR!! BAD BOY! MISLEADING REALTOR! BADBOY!
