We have grown our business from the ground up, and have poured blood, sweat, and tears into this business to try and make it the best it can possibly be. We are a women, minority, and family owned and operated business. From humble beginnings, the initial goal of the business was to provide an education for the next generation. This goal has been achieved and we strive to continue to broaden that goal. We have chosen to set our sights on empowering women to work and provide a future for their own children, as part of our philosophy as a company. We go above and beyond to help our employees and cultivate that family feeling. Many of our employees have worked for our company for more than 10 years, binding us all together, personally and professionally, as we grow as a company.

MaxiMaids is also zealous about helping the community. We participate in Cleaning for a Reason, a charity that cleans houses for patients with cancer. This is very close to our hearts.
