I placed an order almost a month ago for items that I was told were in stock. Still have not received the order. I call over and over and no one answers the phone. Ive sent emails with no response.

Is this company even in business? They promise a 30 minute response to an email or online inquiry. It has been hours. No one even answers the phone. I don't think I want to do business with this company, even though they advertise having the product I need as being in stock.
