Medical Cannabis Outreach helps people with severe or debilitating health conditions gain safe, legal access to medical cannabis throughout the state of Illinois. We’re the one-stop shop for medical card approvals, and we provide patients with everything they need to get the natural treatment they deserve. We provide quick and easy approvals, as well as consultations and evaluations by our in-clinic physicians. Once patients are evaluated and approved, we guide them through the medical card application process, which includes a physician’s written recommendation, a mandated state fee, and a photograph for the ID. If you are interested in beginning treatment with medical cannabis or CBD oil, we can help. Our clinicians and physicians can provide recommendations about which treatment would be best for you, whether that be medical marijuana, CBD oil, or a combination of the two. I couldn’t believe how absolutely fantastic everyone was! The process is very simple and the doctors are very caring. The staff was so kind and cheerful specifically Erica! She turned all my anxiety to relief the moment she started talking.

They took very good care of us from the minute we walked in. There were a lot of patients in there at the beginning, but we always felt like we knew what to do and where to be. The process was simple, easy, and efficient. I highly recommend this clinic.

Going to the Medical Cannabis Outreach was the best decision I've ever made! The staff and doctors made the process painless and easy! I am SO thankful for everyone apart of this organization and for helping me obtain my medical card.

Very happy. Took total of 96days. Got my card. 2 suggestions to speed up the process. Before you go see your doctor go to Walgreens and have a professional passport picture taken of yourself and then take that to your doctor's appointment. and when you're done they will send your paperwork in. have them send the original paperwork along with your passport photo and everything will run smoothly if you don't they send you a letter saying everything's blurry. Have the Drs office give you a copy for your personal records. I got my letter on March 4th stating everything was too blury. So I did what I suggest for everyone else to do, and I got my card 16 days later. I sent it certified. VERY PLEASED... If New patients do as I suggest, you will have no problems.... Thank you everyone. Now I don't have to break the law to get what I need.

I had visited the Pekin IL location and was educated by Mr Eric Sweatt on the different types of strains and its uses. The entire process took about 90 minutes . The 90 days period they said it would take for the State to approve the license was correct and I had no problems what so ever. I get greatly appreciate all they have done for me and family.

spend your money here. It took me 7 months. They never turned my information in and the state could not find any evidence of them sending the application. Refused to give me my money back. I paid $550 for everything. The dr went through but nothing else. I’m out the difference of $350. Have contacted many times. Horrible business. Daughter is very rude and unprofessional.

I got all of my paperwork, but had to get my own photos and upload all paperwork to the state. There was a $300 fee to see the docs, just received instructions on how to apply to get card, they didn’t help me in anyway as far as what they say they provide for applying for card. Docs were super nice, didn’t take too long to see them, and were very helpful.
